You need to license 3CX based on the 3CX pricing below to receive the full set of 3CX Pro features. We have provided 3CX Pro pricing and 3CX Enterprise pricing below below based on a 3CX Annual license term.
You will find that 3CX pricing from a 3CX partner like us is very reasonable. The main 3CX Pro vs Enterprise differences are Call Recording Control, Inbuilt Failover, a Standby License, and Custom IP Phone logos.
3CX Enterprise vs Pro also raises the maximum web conferencing participants from 100 to 250. 3CX pricing rises accordingly so it's really a matter of whether or not you need the extra features. Ask us if unsure.

3CX Web Client
3CX web client functionality is very useful for three reasons. Firstly, the 3CX web client can be used for CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) to control a 3CX phone or a 3CX smartphone app.
Secondly, the 3CX web app can actually work as a fully functioning software phone by itself - great for remote workers. This includes 3CX switchboard and 3CX wallboard functionality for 3CX contact centre use.
Finally, the 3CX web client is also used for 3CX web conference dial in and 3CX web meeting dial in purposes. 3CX meeting functionality can even include 3CX web meeting screen sharing.
3CX Join Conference Call
3CX Join Conference Call functionality is easy. 3CX can provide traditional 3CX audio conference functionality, with a 3CX conference external number that we will provide to you from one of our 3CX UK SIP trunk providers. Firstly, the 3CX PC client - the 3CX Windows Client - or the 3CX mac client - can transform a desktop or laptop in to a fully functioning 3CX phone. The 3CX download for the 3CX app is free and can avoid the cost of 3CX phones.
Secondly, the 3CX smartphone functionality - delivered via a free 3CX iOS app or 3CX android app - allows you to use the 3CX mobile client to make and receive work calls over WiFi or 4G. Great for remote or home workers.
3CX SBC
3CX SBC - or 3CX Session Border Controller - managed the connection of multiple 3CX phones from one office location to a 3CX Hosted PBX installation.
This helps to overcome common firewall and network issues that may affect the reliability of your 3CX installation. It also means that internal calls at that location are handled locally. Our Cisco Networking expertise is also useful.
