WORK FROM HOME

FAQ
What is the minimum contract ?
We do not believe in forcing customers in to long minimum-term contracts. We therefore allow our customers to choose their own contract term, starting from just 12 months.
Can I have a regular desk phone?
Yes – Teams supports regular desk phones and these can be provided for a one-off cost. Unlike other providers we won’t ask you to buy expensive phones on a lengthy lease agreement.
Is this the best VoIP system?
It’s perfect for organisations who want the simplicity of using Microsoft Teams as their office phone system. Microsoft also provide lower pricing for the Education and Nonprofit sectors.
Are there any setup costs?
Setup costs will vary based on the specific organisation and deployment. All setup costs are spread interest-free over your chosen contract term. So nothing to pay up-front.
Can I increase my calling capacity?
Customers can add additional calling lines at any point during their minimum contract term. We do not charge any setup fees to complete that change for you.
How are calls billed?
Calls are billed on an itemised basis, exactly as you are used to for BT ISDN or analogue lines, but at much cheaper rates. We can also offer a minutes bundle. Ask us for information.
